Refunds and cancellations
code.in's current prepaid plans are one-time purchases. They do not renew or charge your payment method automatically.
Stopping or renewing access
You do not need to cancel a recurring payment for a prepaid purchase. You can stop using the service at any time. Your access remains available until the purchased period ends or the plan's managed-model allowance is exhausted. You decide whether to buy another period.
Refund requests
Payments are generally non-refundable once access or managed-model usage has begun, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you made an unused purchase and contact us within seven days, we will review a discretionary refund request. We also review duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized payments, and documented code.in service or access failures.
We do not promise a refund simply because a user changes plans, stops using the service, or is dissatisfied with AI output. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
If our bug ends usage early
If a verified code.in bug expires paid access early or deducts usage incorrectly, we will first restore the affected access or reset the wrongly deducted usage. If we cannot provide the purchased access or usage, we will review an appropriate refund for the affected part of the purchase. We will explain the outcome to you by email.
How to reach us
Email ibrahim@code.in from the address on your code.in account. Include your Cashfree order ID if available, the payment date, and what went wrong. Do not email card details or API keys.
